But sometimes you just need to brainstorm ideas or get a fresh pair of eyes on a challenge to understand the next move you need to take to stand out in a noisy digital world and start getting results.

That’s where we can help.

We offer online consults with certified digital marketing strategists and content creation specialists via Zoom for 30 or 60 minutes duration. Your session is recorded (with your permission) and can be accessed for 30 days after the meeting so you can go back over ideas we discussed or share with your team.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I get for the consult fee?

A live meeting on Zoom with an expert to discuss your specific marketing challenge, 30 days access to a recording of the session and a  follow up email with any links or resources discussed in your consult.

What happens if I have issues connecting on the day?

There’s a number on the meeting invitation you can call for support. You can also access Zoom support here

What happens when I click BOOK NOW?

You will be directed to a page where you can select a consultation date and time that works best for you. You will then be asked to complete some questions to brief us on your challenge. After making payment by credit card, you will be sent a calendar invitation to the email specified in the booking which has details for joining the session, how to get help and how to reschedule or cancel if you need to.

What sort of questions do you ask when I book?

We just want to get an idea of the challenge you want to discuss so that we can have a think and come to the meeting with ideas and suggestions that will make the most of the time we have. We want to understand exactly what you want to get out of the session so we can make sure we meet your expectations – and exceed them where possible 😊

What if I don’t have access to a webcam for the Zoom session?

No problem! It’s nicer if we can have a face-to-face conversation, especially for durations over 30 minutes, but sometimes the tech gods aren’t working with us, we get it 😊 On your meeting request there will be a number you can use to dial into the meeting by phone. We can still record the audio conversation for you to access afterwards.

What happens if I need to move or cancel our meeting?

You can use the link in your email invitation to move your consult. Credit notes for full fee with no expiry date will be issued in the event of cancellation up to 24 hours prior to event. Events cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

Can I bring a colleague/business partner to the meeting?

Absolutely! You are welcome to invite anyone you think will bring value to that meeting for you. We will only be focusing on your challenges for one business though, so if your extra attendee has questions about their own business or other challenges they will need to book their own session.
